Change of planes for Jasta 16b/FA9b instead of the Fokker EIII they will have the Pfalz EII this is more correct according to the Black Haze as it is thier squadron

As a supplement I looked up the official designation for Jasta 2 and Jasta 6 as neither really existed as such under that name until August 1916..

Jasta 2 was known as FliegerStaffel Sivery or simply FSS2
Jasta 6 was known as FokkerStaffle Sivery or simply FSS6

And I seemed to have forgottent that at the time we are recreating Max Immelman has been dead for roughly 3 weeks as he was killed on June 18, 1916. Or exactly 93 years ago tomorrow.

Richthofen was selected by Boelcke at 16th of August 1916, Jasta 2 was founded 27th of August 1916 and was placed at Bertincourt near Cambrai. Richthofen reached Jasta 2 at 01st of September 1916, so he was late for the Battle of the Somme too...

I do not now what was the name of the unit before Jasta2, what was it's predecessor unit...

BTW... at their founding (1st Sept. 1916) Jasta 2 consists of a mixture of Alb. D.I and Fokker D.III... but before that at the Battle... donno exactly.

Fliegerstaffel Sivery was created by Boelke in March of 1916 it was the predecessor to Jasta 2 which Boelkce began forming out Kampehstaffel 2 on AUgust 25

Fliegerstaffel Sivery originally consisted of 6 elite scout pilots from various FA including Boelcke and Immelmann's own FA 62 as wells as other FleigerArtillaries

Fokkerstaffel Sivery was created in April of 1916 it was the predecessor to Jasta 6 was set up very much the same way as Fliegerstaffel Sivery...

Overall the Staffel Siverys became the forerunner fo the Jagdstaffels to come.

Fleigerartillerie 9 Bavarian was not part of the new Staffel program (yet) but it will be set up as such for this event to save on confusion.

THe Jagstaffel system was not put in place until late July early August 1916
